I really panicked as I brought my son a Mark Noble 16 West Ham scarf (via Facebook advert) before reading the company’s reviews! Thought I’d been had and was grateful I hadn’t lost out more than £20. But order arrived today with no issues! I got full tracking via Royal Mail and it arrived within 4 days of ordering! It has all the official merchandise labels on and looks to be good quality so no complaints from us

If I could give 0 stars or negative, I would. Placed an order in October for Christmas. Disputed it via PayPal and immediately got a report of item shipped from.them. 3 weeks later and no merchandise. Nothing received and no response from anyone. Total SCAM

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We had really quick delivery. There was an issue with the item but when I contacted customer services I had a really quick and efficient response, the replacement pieces were posted out immediately with no extra cost. Would happily but from these again

Terrible customer service!
I ordered an item for a Christmas gift early December, item never arrived. I chased the delivery company EVRi who confirmed the item was lost.
I sent numerous emails to FOCO, WhatsApp messages to them with absolutely no response until 20th January when they decide to email me back, no sincere apology, nothing.
Refund has been issued but my god, I have never had such terrible customer service. They literally just ignore you!

I ordered a football stadium mini lego set for £30 as a Christmas present for someone. There was an issue with delivery as the weather stopped the courier from delivering the product on the said date. It was never rearranged and after 7 days you are told by Evri to contact the sender so they can get in touch.

A month has passed and after 4 emails and an Instagram DM I still have had no reply or even any acknowledgement from FOCO. Poor service and £30 worse off with no product !

Ordered an item nearly two months ago and am still waiting. You can only contact them via email. The acknowledge your email with a ticket number, but you never hear from them again.

Stay away from this website!!
Order was delivered on time, but I needed to return it, have sent several emails all ending up with a standard email response back saying they've got my email but it has been received out of office hours (Mon-Fri 8.00-5.00). All my emails were sent well within these hours. Do not order from them!!

**BUYER BEWARE** Will NOT buy from FOCO ever again!
First of, order on Dec 28th - they charged $8.95 for shipping that took 13 days (Jan 10th) to arrive after no tracking update whatsoever since Dec 31st, contacting their C/S was nonexistent, no response, of course.
Then the item that arrived was totally different from what's shown in the ads photo - It's the Seahawks beanie with lights. In the ads pic, there should be at least 14 lights around the knitted rim, instead there were only 4! All in all, paid $42.55 for not what I ordered.
Also, found out that they also taxed the shipping charge! Nobody taxes the shipping, only merchandise is taxable!
I posted a review on their site, and it was never posted, guess they only choose the 5 star reviews to post there.
I was thinking of returning this beanie hat, but after reading all these reviews here, they'd probably intentionally delay the response, then turn around and tell me that my return passed the 30 days window, or something... IF they even respond. I guess I have to write this off as "a lost cause" (certain they're counting on that when there's problem).
I would also avoid the other site, named "Sports Fan Island," of which I'm pretty sure is affiliated or even owned by the same people as this FOCO. Bec everything looks identical, right down to discount code, format and calculation, etc.
This is truly the "BUYER BEWARE" and "SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK" site and unscrupulous business!

Would give 0 stars if I could!! Ordered at the start of December an England football gnome as a Christmas present, it said 2-3 days delivery and I finally received it AFTER Christmas… and it was a Manchester United one?! Honestly such a rip off company as I’ve sent many emails and havnt had one reply!! No number to ring either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

This company is run by scammers. Only their friends and family will give them a 5 star review. I am still waiting for a response to my emails and messages. They should not be allowed to trade. Scammers!

I urge everyone not to buy from FOCO they are a scam company they are all friendly when you order they take the money then will not deliver the goods and you can only contact via email you get an automated reply then nothing I have sent 6 emails over the last few weeks they just ignore you, this company is a total scam and shoulD not be allowed to advertise, I have reported them to Facebook as they advertise on there I will continue you let people know not to buy from this company for as long as they are trying to con people into buying then just taking their money

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO ONE REPLIES TO MY EMAILS. How the heck do these people stay in business???? If I lived in Arizona, I would visit their office and give them a piece of my mind.

Would give zero stars if I could!! Placed order six weeks ago for 2/3 day delivery and am still waiting for it. Items are still in stock on the website so not a stock issue. Evri (yes useless Evri) are saying it was out for delivery on the 2nd December according to their notes but on the 7th it suddenly had a delivery delay. I've never received any updates. Evri tracking number is now not recognised. FOCO customer service have had four emails and not replied to any of them. My next step is Trading Standards if I don't get a reply after today's email!!! If you want speedy service avoid buying here!!

Ordered item on 10 Dec - not even despatched yet and no sign
Ordered an item on 10 Dec for Christmas. Received an ack email to confirm the order and advised would be despatched no later than 13 Dec. Was told email would be sent to advise when on its way. Heard NOTHING since!!
Chaser email sent today but not holding out much hope for a response! Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. Shocking service.
